This 430 stainless steel sheet is specifically produced for deep drawing, stamping, and press forming operations. Processed in the fully annealed condition with a bright annealed (BA) finish, it delivers optimal elongation, reduced springback, and excellent surface quality for complex formed parts.

Production Process

The material undergoes vacuum degassing (VOD) during melting to control inclusion levels, followed by continuous casting, hot rolling, cold rolling to final thickness, and a bright annealing process in a controlled atmosphere furnace to achieve optimal formability and surface quality.

Quality Control

Every shipment includes an Ericsen cupping test report and mechanical property certification (MTC EN 10204 3.1). We can also provide forming simulation data and technical support for your specific die design requirements.

Packaging & Delivery

Sheets are protected with laser-grade PE film, interleaved with protective paper, and packed on fumigated wooden pallets. Standard delivery within 7-15 working days.
